The system
No mystery product. Here is the track, the LEDs, the controller, the app and the warranty — written down, before you ever get a quote.
Powder-coated aluminum track, matched to your stucco, parapet cap or trim before it goes up. It carries the lights and hides the wiring, and in daylight it is meant to read as a shadow line rather than as lighting.
The system runs at low voltage. Nothing along your roofline carries mains power, which is the reason it can be left installed year-round and run on a schedule without anyone on a ladder.
Rated life on the diodes. Run dusk to midnight — about six hours a night — that is the arithmetic behind calling these the last outdoor lights the house needs.
Every light is individually addressable, so a scene can alternate colors light by light, run one color along the garage and another along the main roof, or sit on warm white all year.
Build a scene, save it, and put it on a sunset-to-midnight schedule. Music sync for the nights it matters, and per-light control for the ones it does not.
The product warranty New Mexico Lighting Solutions publishes on their system. Ask for the written terms at your quote — what is covered, what is not, and who performs the work — and we would rather you read it before you buy than after.
The hardware
Powder-coated aluminum track and sealed, low-voltage components — because all of it has to survive high-desert UV at five thousand feet, monsoon season, and a cold snap most Januarys without fading, cracking or letting water in.

On the house
On a pitched roof the track sets into the fascia and the lights face down and out. On a flat pueblo or territorial roof it runs along the inside or the cap of the parapet so the light washes the wall and the edge reads clean from the street. Either way it is fastened into solid material, never into the shingle edge or the drip edge.
The app
One app, both platforms, no monthly fee. If you can send a text you can run this.
