These terms cover your use of this website. The work itself is governed by the written proposal and contract you sign — if anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract wins.
Prices shown or discussed anywhere on this site are illustrative. Permanent outdoor lighting is priced by the measured linear footage and the specifics of your roofline, so a binding price only exists once we have been on site and given you a written quote. A written quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
We install to the scope in your signed proposal. Anything outside that scope — additional footage, structural repair, electrical work beyond the agreed connection, tree or landscape removal — is quoted separately before we do it.
You confirm you own the property or are authorised to have this work done on it, and that you are responsible for any approval your HOA, municipality or landlord requires. We will give you what you need to submit an application, but we cannot obtain approval on your behalf unless we have agreed to in writing.
New Mexico Lighting Solutions publishes a 25-year product warranty on the system. Written terms are provided at the quote. Workmanship, storm damage and work carried out by others are handled separately — ask for the terms in writing before you buy.
Installation dates are targets, not guarantees. Weather, supply and access can move a date; we will tell you as soon as we know.
Text, photographs, graphics and layout on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photographs are used to show what the product looks like installed; unless a caption says otherwise they are not a representation that a particular home pictured is a customer of ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
